What to do to get words entered into the dictionary..

Saw this on Merriam-Websters site:

The explanations I wrote.  The only things they mentioned were the words in bold.

1. Widespread usage (geographically) = I got all my friends on Facebook saying the word courvivaverilspiroul (spell check wants to change this word to ultra-conservative lol) and they got their friends saying it as well.  A lot of people have an understanding of the word and is using it.

2.  Sustained usage (time) = This could mean a few different things but I think it generally means the frequency of usage.

3.  Meaningful usage (purpose) = It is used for the purpose it was created?  Not sure about this one.

Now that we have identified what is required the question is how do you accomplish it?

You could come up with a close variant of a popular word that spells and sounds similar to what the current popular spells and sounds like.

You could find an area of language that is in need of some simplification or some specialization.

For example what do you call your 5th great grandfather?  You could just abbrv like it like 5th GgF.

You could just keep adding successiveness to each successive grandfather.

It could something like:

1st: Grandfather
2nd: Grandfatherer
3rd: Grandfathererer
4th: Grandfatherererer
5th: Grandfathererererer
